Hi Vrnauts!

Wow... what an adventure it has been since our last update a year ago.

Where to even begin.

First! Apologies for the delay in communication. It has been chaos and it always seemed like we can make a MUCH BETTER update if we just waited a couple more weeks! Even now, a lot of really cool things in the near term pipeline but alas, we have to say something sometime.

A year ago we announced a focus on Human, our VR controlled humanoid robot.

Since then we have successfully built it! We've made tea, smoothies, and even a cake! We've also changed the name to Humon with an O to be less confusing!

You can see Humon here controlled by an operator making a smoothie: humon.ai/demo. Password: trillion.

We believe that VR robotics is the future of work. Imagine a chemist going into their living room and logging into a Humon in China and doing experiments, finishing and then transferring to Russia, then India, then England, then Qatar, then Uganda, then a private space station! In ONE DAY, ONE PERSON could do work ALL OVER THE WORLD anddd even in SPACE!!! This completely globalizes and decentralizes work so that anyone, anywhere can create value in the world.

On top of that, these actions can be recorded and stored so that anyone can call upon a massive database of tasks to automate all repetitive tasks.

This is bigger than just remote working. It is the path to creating a general AI that can eliminate all mundane labor for humanity.

This will create a boost to life quality globally like we've never seen in the history of humanity and it will open up working in space like never before.

Fun huh!!!? 😂

Our time has been spent getting this going and closing a round of capital around this with the intent to use a small amount of that to finish launching O1. We're currently going for $10m, have two major interested leads and $6m in follow on capital interest.

This has been at the sacrifice of finishing Overview 1, until now. Now we are refocusing on finishing and launching the satellite having recently been provided the additional funds necessary to do so.

Two obvious questions:

1) When is launch? Paid but not scheduled. Aiming for SpaceX in the next 6 months.

2) When do I get my backer stuff? Once O1 is in space.

For an extremely detailed project management overview of literally everything check out this very thorough Overview 1 Progress Report.

We have some very very fascinating partnerships and opportunities that I'm super excited to share with you, but they are still in process (See: if we only waited a couple more weeks 😂).

Truly, truly, truly the stars are aligning in extremely fascinating ways.

I'm super excited to share it with you soon.

For now, I'll leave you a hint with this image:

I love you VRnauts!!!

Thank you for holding out on this wild adventure.

Let's launch Overview 1 and then lets launch Humon 1!!!

Let's open up space travel for everyone, once and for all!!!

As promised, I will do a Live Q&A via Youtube April 2nd at 6pm PST/ 9pm EST here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJQfL8oI6Y8

Please come ask all the questions and tell me what you would like to see!!

PS: A dear friend and helper of SpaceVR since day one, Tim Debenedictus, has recently launched an iOS app called Orbitrack that is Mobile VR enabled to allow people to see ALL kinds of things in space simulated. Satellites, Stars, The ISS, and much more!

I just tried it personally a few days ago and it was surprisingly super fun!
